      About Theta Healing® The ThetaHealing technique created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy - not specific to one religion but accepting them all - with the purpose of getting closer to the Creator. Source: https://www.thetahealing.com About your session: Each session has a duration of 55min. The number of sessions needed will vary from person to person on what they want to accomplish. Many times, clients will experience a shift within one session, however, sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change. How to best prepare for your session? Drink plenty of water. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. Ideally, be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you're learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.

    • Roll it all out
